Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig, and prepare construction sites safely
- Load/unload materials and operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators)
- Build structures using concrete, steel, and other materials
- Follow OSHA safety standards and site protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople with complex tasks
- Maintain equipment and clean job sites daily
- Complete shift reports and document progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
