Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and remove construction debris
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job-site regulations
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related field experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
