Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools under supervision (shovels, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project-specific duties
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Participate in safety briefings and protocol enforcement

Qualifications
