Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute to project goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston metro area
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
