Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools under supervision
- Assist skilled trades in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Perform quality assurance checks and document progress daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
- Contribute to site cleanup and waste management initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 or OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
