Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, concrete work, and demolition
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment before and after shifts
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Class B CDL or forklift certification preferred
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Saturday
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
