Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures per OSHA standards
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and layout tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety hazards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with debris removal protocols
- Adhere to strict night shift productivity and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience or vocational certification
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience operating hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurement
