Responsibilities
- Perform general construction site maintenance including cleanup, debris removal, and trash hauling.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with loading and unloading materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure job site.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, tiling, or other finishing work.
- Transport materials between job sites using hand trucks or forklifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
