Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) per OSHA standards
- Install/assemble structural components, scaffolding, and formwork systems
- Manage material inventory, transport, and waste disposal protocols
- Adhere to strict safety compliance during all nighttime operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Perform quality checks on completed work phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Basic equipment operation proficiency (excavators, skid steers)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
