Responsibilities
- Assist in excavation, demolition, and material handling operations
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain job site safety protocols and cleanliness
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina and strength for manual labor
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites
