Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and transport construction materials using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with project-specific tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety protocols
- Prepare and clean job sites daily, ensuring OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Perform night-time concrete pours and finishing operations
- Contribute to daily progress reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
