Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under night-shift conditions
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Perform site inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and work night shift schedule
- Basic understanding of construction safety principles
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-provided)
