Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and moving of construction materials
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely
- Assist in erecting structures, scaffolding, and formwork
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized tasks
- Report safety hazards and maintain compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Availability for night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
