Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, moving materials, and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic communication skills in English
