Responsibilities
- Excavate, load, and transport construction materials using heavy equipment
- Operate hand/power tools for cutting, drilling, and installation tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete forming, framing, and finishing work
- Perform site preparation and cleanup operations nightly
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours nightly
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
