Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) and hand tools with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with complex construction operations and installations
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and hazardous material disposal
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Document daily progress and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Class A/B CDL license (commercial driving experience)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
