Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and excavators

- Complete shift documentation and equipment checks

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
