Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and mixing concrete.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – attitude and work ethic matter most.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
