Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols

- Participate in night-shift construction activities during 6 PM - 6 AM window
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for night shifts and weekend work
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
