Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Perform night shift site maintenance and cleanup operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites across metro Atlanta
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement
