Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition tasks under safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and light machinery
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by debris removal and hazard mitigation
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work as needed
- Participate in shift briefings and daily progress updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
