Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation

- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and debris removal tasks
- Conduct quality checks under supervision to ensure project standards
- Participate in night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM) with scheduled breaks
- Adhere to environmental regulations and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Austin metro area
