Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation under supervisor guidance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, excavators) with proper certifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with installation, framing, and finishing tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or relevant trade apprenticeship
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
