Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) under OSHA-certified supervision
- Install/assemble structural components (frames, scaffolding, safety systems)
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management protocols
- Adhere to strict safety standards and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction site experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
