Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including material handling, excavation support, and equipment operation
- Maintain job site safety protocols and PPE compliance
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, welders) with layout and installation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and safety instructions
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel between MO/TX
- Strong teamwork ethic and commitment to safety
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
