Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling tasks on commercial construction sites
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and light equipment safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and demolition operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Read blueprints and follow foreman's instructions precisely
- Perform site prep and cleanup duties during shift changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DFW metroplex
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
