Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities including concrete work and framing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM) with reliable transportation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train on the job!
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule including weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
