Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer on our night shift, you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled trades teams. You will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily construction tasks.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and construction tools safely.
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and debris from job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours per night.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job sites.
