Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Install and remove construction scaffolding with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform material handling and inventory management across job sites
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain organized work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
