Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely handle and operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Cleanup Duties: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks as needed.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior experience; a strong work ethic is the only prerequisite.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of construction professionals.
- Reliability: Punctual, consistent attendance, and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver's license and social security number.
