Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction duties including site preparation, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe worksite.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members during shifts.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety signage.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
