Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and renovation tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site throughout the shift.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
- No prior construction experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
