We are currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Construction Laborer to join our night shift operations. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience in general labor, construction, or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading skills are necessary for measurements and instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are mandatory.
