Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste management.
- Ensure the job site adheres to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Support daily project milestones and workflow.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours per night.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow strict safety protocols.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
