Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties including loading, unloading, and digging.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Transport materials and debris to designated disposal areas.
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
