Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations and project setups.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Follow strict safety protocols and site instructions to ensure a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety diagrams.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
