Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to various work sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carpentry, masonry, and concrete pouring.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power washers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal after work is completed.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be able to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
