Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, lifting, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean work areas and follow strict safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete basic site cleanup and waste management duties
- Support project timelines by punctually attending all scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed
