Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry and concrete work.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and debris removal.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Ensure work areas are organized and hazard-free at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is highly preferred.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
