Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig, and prepare construction sites using hand/power tools
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with layout and assembly
- Erect scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper certification
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
