Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Perform basic carpentry duties, including measuring, cutting, and assembling framing materials.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris, dirt, and obstacles.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC) with installation and repair tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driverβs License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
