Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and waste regularly.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment following all safety guidelines.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong desire to learn the construction trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
