Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints
- Work collaboratively in diverse weather conditions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and team meetings
- Support various construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
