Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support the project workflow.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, concrete work, and general labor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to get to and from the Detroit facility.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Requirements: No prior construction experience required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
