Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clean, prepare, and secure job sites before and after shifts.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Equipment Assistance: Operate heavy machinery and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Support Trades: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters) with various tasks as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Waste Management: Remove debris and waste from the work area to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required for site travel.
