Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and staging materials at the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various project duties.
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Load and unload trucks and construction equipment as required.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with basic site preparation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
