Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level role. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to safety protocols and following instructions.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
