Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Safely operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with material installation and structural support
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor in various weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn specialized equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site arrivals
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided upon hire)
