Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials: Safely handle lumber, steel, concrete, and other building supplies at the job site.
- Operate basic equipment: Use hand tools, power tools, and assist with forklifts or pallet jacks as trained.
- Site preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for foundation pouring and framing.
- Assist skilled trades: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Site cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and delays.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to Fort Worth locations.
- Night shift availability: Must be available to work evening and overnight shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Team player attitude: Willingness to learn and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
