Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools, including drills, saws, and compressors, safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Must be able to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be physically fit and have a strong work ethic.
